Let's face it, stoners are some of the most health conscious people around these days and we do whatever we can to stay and be healthy. It doesn't stop at just smoking cannabis. The stoner diet is very important. I stumbled upon this amazingly delicious recipe for baked kale chips that are not only good for your health but will get you medicated as well.

What You'll Need;
Pepper
2 tsp sea salt
1 kale bunch
3 tbsp cannabis infused olive oil

Preheat your oven to 350 F and line a non insulated cookie sheet with parchment paper. Take a knife or kitchen shears and CAREFULLY remove the kale leaves from the thicker stems. Cut up the leaves in to small, chip sized pieces. The actual size of the chip is up to you. I made mine about 1 inch by 1 inch. Be sure to wash the leaves thoroughly and dry them. Some people have access to a salad spinner but for those that don't, I used paper towels and blotted them dry. Lay the kale out on the cookie sheet and slowly pour the cannabis olive oil over the the kale chips and then sprinkles with the sea salt and pepper, as well as any other spices that you'd like to add in. Place the chips in the oven and bake them until the edges begin to turn brown, absolutely no longer than 10 minutes. Let the chips cool off for a bit and your healthy, medicated snack is ready!

Pot Coffee

No the words aren't switched around. I really mean to say pot coffee. I was sent this amazing recipe for cannabis infused coffee and had to share. Over the summer, I shared a recipe for a cannabis infused coffee shake but this is just the real deal. Caffeine and cannabis, in the same cup. So for those of you on the go, you'll be able to stay medicated and caffeinated while at work on those long days (not to mention extremely sneaky!). So here's the recipe on how to make your own pot of pot coffee at home!

What You'll Need;
1 good pinch of pulverized hash
4 tsp finely-powdered straight Arabian mocha
2 pinches of ground nutmeg
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
1 pot of fresh brewed coffee
Sugar (to taste)
Creamer or milk (to taste)

Brew the coffee as you would normally, whether you prefer to make it in a regular coffee pot or one of the new fancy coffee machines that they're coming out with now. Put all of the ingredients that you have (keep in mind that you can adjust the amount of hash that you put in to the mix to your preference if you'd like the coffee to be stronger or weaker). Put the mixture in to a Turkish coffee pot and put over a low flame until it starts to bubble. As soon as the coffee starts to bubble, remove it rom the heat. Add in your creamer and sugar as you like and enjoy your cup of medicated coffee!

medicated-angel-food-cake
Angel food cake is absolutely delicious and as a stoner, you know that everything is better when it's medicated. This recipe will allow you to make an amazing angel food cake with some extra special ingredients! You will need cannabis flour for this recipe so be sure that you have some handy before starting this recipe!

What You'll Need;
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1.5 tsp. cream of tartar
1 cup cannabis flour
1.5 cups powdered sugar
1.5 tsp. vanilla extract
12 egg whites
1 cup cane sugar
1/4 tsp. table salt

First, as always, preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together the cannabis flour and the powdered sugar and put to the side. Then, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until the substance becomes frothy and well mixed. Slowly add in the cane sugar, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Then, proceed to add in the salt, continuously mixing. After all ingredients have been added, mix for another ten or so minutes. Take the cannabis flour/sugar mixture and slowly pour it in to the cane sugar mix. It's very important to add in the cane sugar mix 1/4 cup at a time and do not add the next 1/4 cup until the previous one has been mixed in well. Once everything has been well mixed, pour it in to an un-greased tube pan and put in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven once the cake is done and immediately place the pan upside down over a metal or glass cup, so that the inside circle on the pan rests on the cup. Leave the cake hanging upside down for about two hours and then proceed to cut away the side and serve. Enjoy your medicated angel food cake and remember to always medicate safely!

Baking a cake is not only a good stoner past time, it can become another way for you to get stoned as well. I don't know about any of you but I absolutely love apples and when I discovered this apple pecan galaxy cake, I couldn't resist sharing it with all of you. While it may seem seasonal to fall and not so much the middle of January, this cake is something that you can pretty much make at any time and have it be a hit, especially since it's medicated.

What You'll Need;
15 pecan halves
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2⁄3 cup cannabis-infused olive oil
1 cup flour
1 1/2 granny smith apples, peeled and grated
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 gala apple, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup granulated sugar
(For the glaze)
2 tsp cannabis infused olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp water

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a spring form pan with some non stick cooking spray. Set this pan aside for later and grab a medium bowl. In the bowl. combine the flours, nutmeg, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Mix everything together so that it's blended well. In a different, larger bowl, whisk together the egg and the sugar with the 2/3 cup of cannabis infused olive oil. Take the flour mixture from the medium bowl and stir it in to the egg mixture. Once everything is well mixed, add in the chopped pecans the grated apples. Scrape that substance in to the pre-battered pan and flatten it so that it's even. Top this mix with the apple slices and arrange the pecan halves about halfway through the cake.

In a small bowl, make the glaze. Take the brown sugar and the 2 tsp of cannabis olive oil and water and put everything together. Microwave this mix for thirty seconds (and continue to do so) until the brown sugar has been completely melted. Use this glaze to coat the apple slices on top of the cake. After you've completed that step, bake the cake in your preheated oven for about 45 minutes or until you can pull a toothpick from the center of the cake completely clean. Once that happens, you can remove the cake from the oven and coat the warm cake with any remaining glaze that you have left. Run a knife around the outside of the cake so that you can pry it out (GENTLY). That's all there is to it! This cake is served excellently with a scoop of ice cream! Enjoy your medicated cake!

Zest from 2 Oranges
5 oz of ground Brazil nuts
¼ cup of Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt
Handful of small Dates

Put the paste in to the bowl that you set aside earlier, containing the nuts, seeds, and zest. Mix all of the ingredients together until they are consistent. Grab a non stick baking tray and line it with dehydrated parchment paper. Carefully and evenly spoon the mix on to the sheet. Cut the smooth mix in to small squares. Ganja Super Snacks

Snacks are the best on cold winter nights and of course, stoners love anything that contains sweets. This recipe will give you delicious medicated bars that are made with mini marshmallows as well as some healthier aspects like almonds and raisins. This isn't just a holiday recipe but definitely can be used as one if you feel the need! You'll need cannabutter to make these bars so be sure that you have some ready before you start making these dank little snacks!

What You'll Need;
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 tablespoons Honey
1 package Miniature Marshmallows
1 cup Raw Whole Almonds
1 cup Golden Raisins
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
4 tablespoons Cannabutter
1 cup Dark Raisins
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

Grease a square pan with the vegetable oil. Be sure to spread it around the bottom and the sides. Allow any extra oil to sit in the bottom of the pan. Take the almonds and chop them up until they resemble grainy sand. Pout the chopped almonds in a pan over medium high heat. Stir the mix with a wooden spoon for around 15 minutes. Continue to stir and make sure to not let them burn. Remove the almonds and add them to a mixing bowl. Take the dark and golden raisins, chop them up finely just like you did with the almonds, and add them in to the almond mix. Warm up the cannabutter in the microwave for 30 seconds, or until the butter has been melted. Toss in the mini marshmallows and microwave again for up to a minute, or until the two substances combine. Add this mixture to the almond/raisin mix and fold together with a wooden spoon. Add in the cinnamon, honey, and vanilla while continuing to stir. Take the whole mix and pour it in to the cake pan, smoothing it over with the spoon. Put the pan in the fridge for about an hour or until the mix has hardened. Cut the substance in to one inch squares and they're ready to eat!
