Middle Fork

I was having a bad night for my anxiety with a tight chest, chest pain, shortness of breath and butterflies in my stomach. I was nervous to try a new strain in this condition, but dared to do it anyway after reading a few reviews.

I just finished exhaling and it already hit me, all of my body relaxed immediately and all the pain went away.

I'm pretty clear minded, yet in slow motion or out of it except not overly tired. Although I can tell I will have no problem falling asleep if I choose to go to bed.
