Cannabis isn't always about getting high and hemp is the proof of that. The benefits of hemp seeds are incredible and should be utilized if possible! Since stoners always seem to have the munchies, eating healthy can be very important to those stoners that enjoy being fit! The following recipe will teach you how to make a healthy granola snack featuring hemp seeds. This snack won't get you super stoned but your body will thank you for eating such a healthy snack!

What You'll Need;
4 tsp Stevia Sweetner
2 oz desiccated Coconut
1 peeled and segmented Orange
3 oz of Hemp, Pumpkin and Sunflower seeds
Zest from 2 Oranges
5 oz of ground Brazil nuts
¼ cup of Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt
Handful of small Dates
2 fl oz Water

Find a good sized bowl and combine the three kinds of seeds, the coconut and orange zest, and the Brazil nuts. Mix everything together and set the bowl aside for now. Grab a blender and put the dates, Stevia, water, segmented orange, lemon juice, salt, and water inside. Pulse the ingredients in the blender until they form a smooth, consistent paste. Put the paste in to the bowl that you set aside earlier, containing the nuts, seeds, and zest. Mix all of the ingredients together until they are consistent. Grab a non stick baking tray and line it with dehydrated parchment paper. Carefully and evenly spoon the mix on to the sheet. Cut the smooth mix in to small squares. You should be able to get about 15 of them. Bake the squares for five hours at 100 degrees in the oven. When the 5 hours is up, turn the squares over so that the other wise can cook and let them sit in the oven for another 5 hours. When the snacks are done, they should be firm to the touch. Let them cool and you can wrap them or serve them as you see fit! Enjoy!
